Yes — almost. The majority of our pieces are vintage or antique, sourced piece by piece, and exist in a single edition. A small number of new items — linens, candles, certain glassware — are produced in regular runs and can be reordered.

Both, though the heart of Story is vintage. Each product page notes whether a piece is vintage, antique, or new.

Tiffany and the team source for material, craft, and visible care — pieces that hold up on their own and reward a closer look.

Often, yes. Patina, age marks, hand-finished irregularities — these are part of what makes vintage feel like vintage. Any condition issue significant enough to mention is noted in the product description, and made visible in photos.

Yes. Digital gift cards are available in several denominations and are delivered by email to the recipient on the date you choose.

We are glad to wrap a piece by request. Add a note at checkout, or email orders@shoppestory.com with your order number after your order is placed.

Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Tracking is sent the moment your order leaves our hands.

We ship anywhere within the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the right carrier for each piece.

Yes. Choose In-store pickup at checkout and we will email when your piece is ready, usually the same business day. Pickup is available during business hours at our flagship location, Story @ TSI.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the piece, its weight, and where it is going. You will see the cost before completing your order.

Each piece in our collection is one of a kind. As such, all sales are final — a reflection of the singular nature of what we offer. We are happy to answer any questions prior to your purchase to ensure every piece is the perfect fit.

In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged, we will do everything in our power to make it right. We work closely with our shipping partners and will always do our best to remedy the situation on your behalf.

Checkout runs on Shopify's payment infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We do not store credit card information.
