Story is a curated retail destination and online shoppe created by Tiffany Skilling Interiors, the nationally recognized luxury interior design firm founded by Tiffany Skilling. Inspired by Tiffany's philosophy of storytelling through design, Story offers an ever-evolving collection of furniture, antiques, lighting, artwork, décor, entertaining pieces, gourmet pantry items, and one-of-a-kind finds sourced from around the world.

In addition to its thoughtfully curated retail collections, Story is also home to TSI Atelier, where skilled artisans create custom upholstery, drapery, bedding, pillows, and furniture restoration that bring Tiffany's signature design approach to life.

Tiffany's work has been featured in House Beautiful, Traditional Home, The Wall Street Journal, and Kohler's national Stories Start with Cast Iron campaign. Recognized as a member of the 2026 House Beautiful Next Wave class, Tiffany brings the same eye for timeless, collected design found in her nationally recognized interiors to every piece selected for Story.

Story is built on the belief that the most meaningful homes are collected over time, not decorated all at once. Every piece is intentionally chosen by the team for its craftsmanship, character, and ability to layer beautifully into everyday living, creating collections you won't find anywhere else.

Yes, for the most part. The majority of our furnishings, antiques, artwork, and decorative objects are vintage or antique, thoughtfully sourced one piece at a time and available in a single edition. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Some of our everyday favorites, such as linens, candles, select glassware, pantry items, and entertaining essentials, are part of ongoing collections and may be available for reorder. Because our inventory is continually refreshed through buying trips, European markets, and artisan makers, every visit to Story offers something new to discover.

Story offers a thoughtfully curated mix of vintage, antique, and new pieces, with a primary focus on one-of-a-kind furnishings, artwork, lighting, and décor.

We intentionally pair collected antiques and vintage finds with artisan-made goods, luxury linens, entertaining essentials, candles, tabletop pieces, and gourmet pantry items to create collections that feel timeless and layered. Every product page identifies whether an item is vintage, antique, or new, making it easy to shop with confidence.

Often, yes. Patina, age marks, hand-finished irregularities — these are part of what makes vintage feel like vintage. Any condition issue significant enough to mention is noted in the product description, and made visible in photos.

Yes. Digital gift cards are available in several denominations and are delivered by email to the recipient on the date you choose.

We are glad to wrap a piece by request. Add a note at checkout, or email orders@shoppestory.com with your order number after your order is placed.

Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Tracking is sent the moment your order leaves our hands.

We ship anywhere within the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the right carrier for each piece.

Yes. Choose In-store pickup at checkout and we will email when your piece is ready, usually the same business day. Pickup is available during business hours at our flagship location, Story @ TSI.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the piece, its weight, and where it is going. You will see the cost before completing your order.

Each piece in our collection is one of a kind. As such, all sales are final — a reflection of the singular nature of what we offer. We are happy to answer any questions prior to your purchase to ensure every piece is the perfect fit.

In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged, we will do everything in our power to make it right. We work closely with our shipping partners and will always do our best to remedy the situation on your behalf.

Checkout runs on Shopify's payment infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We do not store credit card information.
